Once you have placed your order, we'll aim to process it within 2 working days. If you choose Australia Post then the vast majority of deliveries are made within 3 days of dispatch, but on the odd occasion they may take longer. We can make good tea but unfortunately, we canβt solve all the problems of the postal service. Check out our delivery page for more info.
All our orders are shipped with Australia Post. We aim to despatch your order from our warehouse within 2- business days of the order being placed, while express orders will be despatched in 1-2 business days. Please allow up to 7 working days from the despatch date for all orders, as we can't take any action until after that period of time! Some orders just take a little bit longer. Australia Post provides the following estimates for delivery:
Standard shipping: 3 to 5 business days from the despatch date.
Express Shipping: 1 to 3 business days from the despatch date.
free delivery of orders above $50 qualifies only for orders within Australia.
