why the name teapigs?

Ha! We get asked this so many times. Well, we wanted a memorable name, and this really summed us up. We're just greedy for great tea and will do anything to get more. Fancy being a teapig like us?

are teapigs owned by Tetley?

No! We are part of the Tata Consumer Products group of companies (who also happen to own Tetley). Our brand received our start-up funding from them back in the day but are lucky enough to work as our own legal entity, focusing on what we love – making tea the best it possibly can be!
