I made a mistake – can I edit or cancel my order?

Accidents happen! If you need to edit or cancel your order contact our customer services on +61 390 680 860 or from our contact page. We aren’t able to amend this over weekends, so it’s best to give us a call Monday morning to make sure we don’t ship your order before you’re ready. 

why hasn't my discount code worked?

There’s a few things to check. Firstly, our site can only accept one discount code at a time – so if you’re lucky enough to have more than one make sure you pick well to get the best deal! Secondly, make sure you double check the t&cs of each code, as not everything is included in all codes, and some codes are single use only. Please note customers details will be checked against the current customer database during checkout, and any invalid codes will be removed. how long will I have to wait for my order?

Once you have placed your order, we'll aim to process it within 2 working days. If you choose Australia Post then the vast majority of deliveries are made within 3 days of dispatch, but on the odd occasion they may take longer. We can make good tea but unfortunately, we can’t solve all the problems of the postal service. Check out our delivery page for more info.

which couriers do you use?

All our orders are shipped with Australia Post. We aim to despatch your order from our warehouse within 2-3 business days of the order being placed, while express orders will be despatched in 1-2 business days. Please allow up to 7 working days from the despatch date for all orders, as we can't take any action until after that period of time! Some orders just take a little bit longer. Australia Post provides the following estimates for delivery: 

  • Standard shipping: 3 to 5 business days from the despatch date 
  • Express Shipping: 1 to 3 business days from the despatch date.
